HOW TO PURCHASE

Click on the “add to cart” button to put the item into your shopping cart.
You can view the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking the “View Cart” link at the top of the webpage. When you have finished adding all the items you intend to purchase, go to the cart page and click the “proceed to checkout” button.

LOG IN OR CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT 

Next, you will be asked if you have an existing account or  you are a new customer. If you have an existing account, enter your mail address, and password in the provided text fields. If this is your first order, select “I am a new customer” and fill in your addresses.

FINALIZE YOUR ORDER

If you are a new customer, you will now be asked to provide us with your shipping information, and then your shipping method. After these two steps, you will be on the Finalize Order page. When you have finished entering all necessary information, press the “finalize order” button.

METHODS OF PAYMENT       

We accept payment by PayPal or credit Cards for all orders.
In order to complete this type of transaction, please follow the procedure below.

1. To process your PayPal payment, click the PayPal button provided.
2. If you already have a PayPal account, login and follow the instructions to complete your payment.
3. If you do not have a PayPal account and wish to pay using PayPal, we recommend creating an account prior to making your purchase. For more on creating a new PayPal account, click here.
4. In the same page you can decide to proceed to use your credit card via PayPal support.

SHIPPING COSTS

The amount you are charged for shipping depends on the number items on the order.
For delivery outside of Italy we use “Priority standard Delivery” service with the following delivery times:
Europe: 3 working days – starting from €. 4,00
North America: 5/6 working days – starting from €. 4,00
Rest of America, Asia and Oceania: 7/8 working days – starting from €. 4,00

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to www.mascioni-organs.com  within 30 days of purchase date subject to conditions below. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. If payment was made by check, the refund check will not be issued before 10 business days after the date of purchase.

If the item was sent back for an exchange, please allow 3-5 business days for the replacement to be processed.

All returned items must be in new condition, CD’s must be unopened in their original unaltered otherwise www.mascioni-organs.com reserves the right to refuse the return.
