The new organ for Alba Cathedral is taking shape in our workshop.
A large instrument that replaced the previous Lingiardi-Vegezzi Bossi organ that had been silent for thirty years.
In reconstructing the instrument, the ancient phonetics were preserved, integrating it with new registers in both the G.Organo and the Espressivo.
At this moment, the main organ body consisting of I-II and III manuals is being assembled in the workshop.
This will be followed by the construction of the two side organs with the manual IV and the Grosso Pedale. Finally, a choral organ will be built on the church floor to accompany the singers.
Here are some renderings of the result that should be achieved and some photos in the making, delivery is planned for 2027.
