A series of interesting video episodes, made during the Covi period, dealing with topics related to organ building with high-profile professional opinion leaders: an important testimony to the historical period we are living through.

PRESENTATION

The aim of this project is presentation of topics concerning the world of organ building structured in several meetings with guests bringing their knowledge and experience to illustrate the theme of the evening.

1 - ORGAN AND ORCHESTRA

The combination of symphonic organ and orchestra and the problems of coexistence are discussed.

Speakers: Eugenio Maria Fagiani, Lorenzo Bonoldi and Giorgio Carnini.

2 - ORGAN: UNITED BY PASSION

The theme of this episode concerns the passion for the organ and in particular those who nurture this passion by organising cultural and goliardic meetings that have as their common denominator the love for this instrument.

We will also go outside the Italian borders to see what is happening in neighbouring Switzerland.

3 - ORGAN VS HAUPTWERK

The third appointment is aimed at comparing the organ with the organ sampled and spread using the Hauptwerk software.

4 - THE PROJECT: A PROFESSIONAL APPROACH

The fourth appointment deals with the design of new tools and the relationship with the designer-consultants.

5 - RESTORATION: FINANCING, AUTHORISATIONS, DOCUMENTS

This episode deals with the topic of restoration, with indications on how to start a file for restoration of a historical instrument and its possibility of funding by the IEC

6 - RESTORATION: DIALOGUE WITH INSTITUTIONS - HOW TO IMPROVE

We delve into the topic of Restoration by analysing current regulatory issues and limitations, proposing innovative variants with a vision open to the new millennium
